Who operates this application

Medow Mafia Ops is private software built and operated by Sammy Medows, an independent video creator and live streamer trading as Medow Mafia (medowmafia.com). It is not a commercial product, it is not offered to the public, and it has no users other than its operator.

What this application is

A set of automation programs that run on Sammy Medows' own computers and manage his own YouTube channels and video business. They perform four jobs: revenue reporting, channel statistics, video review and publishing, and handling their own working files.

Whose data is accessed

Only the Google Account data of Sammy Medows, and only for Google Accounts and YouTube channels he personally owns and administers. No other person's Google Account is ever connected. There is no sign-up, no login for third parties, no customer accounts, and no mechanism by which another person's data could enter the application.

What Google user data is accessed, and why

• YouTube Analytics — reports (yt-analytics.readonly). Reads non-monetary analytics for the operator's own channels: views, watch time, subscriber counts, live concurrent viewership and per-video performance, to build his own historical performance record.
• YouTube Analytics — monetary reports (yt-analytics-monetary.readonly). Reads the estimated revenue YouTube reports for the operator's own channels. This is financial data about his own business, used for one purpose: showing him his own current and month-to-date income and reconciling it against his accounting records. It is never displayed to anyone else, never aggregated with anyone else's figures, and never used for anything but his own bookkeeping.
• YouTube Data API (youtube.force-ssl). Reads and updates the operator's own videos, metadata and comments as part of his publishing and moderation workflow, and maintains a private playlist of videos he wants to study.
• Google Drive — per-file access (drive.file). Creates a spreadsheet in the operator's Drive and thereafter reads and updates only files this application itself created. This scope grants no visibility of any other file in his Drive.

The application requests no other scopes. It does not request access to Gmail, contacts, calendar, photos, location, or general Drive contents.

How the data is used

Solely to operate Sammy Medows' own channels and his own business records. Google user data obtained by this application is not used for advertising, ad targeting or retargeting; not used to build user profiles; not used to train, fine-tune or evaluate any machine learning or AI model; not used for credit or lending decisions; and not used to provide any service to any other person.

How the data is stored

All data retrieved from Google is stored locally on hardware Sammy Medows owns and physically controls: his own Windows computers and network-attached storage on his own home network. No component runs on a public cloud server, a rented virtual machine, or any third-party hosting platform. There is no company server, no cloud database and no third-party processor.

OAuth credentials and refresh tokens are held in an encrypted local secrets store protected at rest by operating-system encryption tied to the operator's own account. Where the application writes to a Google Sheet, that sheet lives in the operator's own Drive under his own Google Account.

Sharing and transfer

Google user data obtained through this application is never sold, rented, traded, published or shared with any third party, for any consideration or none. It is not transferred to advertisers, data brokers, analytics vendors, AI providers, or any other person or company, and is not transmitted to any server outside the operator's own network other than to Google's own APIs in the course of the requests described above. No human other than Sammy Medows reads this data; there are no employees, contractors or support staff with access.

Medow Mafia Ops' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Retention and deletion

Revenue and statistics figures are kept indefinitely as the operator's own business records, as accounting records are. Because the only person whose data is involved is the operator himself, there is no third-party data to delete on request.

The operator may revoke this application's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, which immediately and permanently invalidates its tokens. Locally stored copies are destroyed by deleting the application's data directories.

Security

Access is limited to the single Google Account that granted it. Credentials are held in an encrypted local secrets store and are not committed to any code repository, shared drive, chat service or third-party system. The machines running the application are private, password-protected, and on a private home network with no inbound access from the public internet. The application is read-only with respect to analytics and revenue data; it cannot alter any figure Google reports.

Children

This application is not directed at children, has no public interface, and collects no data from anyone other than its adult operator.

Changes to this policy

If the application's access to Google user data changes, this page will be updated before the change takes effect and the effective date above revised.
